Publicity to make your event a success

  • Children fundraisingDisplay posters: Promote your activity with an event poster.
  • Tell the media: Publicise your event with our Template press release, sending it to your local newspaper or radio station. After your event, send another Template press release with photos and quotes.
  • Email your friends, family and colleagues: Remind everyone about the date and time of your fundraising activity.
  • BHF Supporter Logo: If you're producing your own materials, you can use our BHF supporter logo, but please check out the guidelines too.

Make your money go further

Charity formGift Aid increases the value of the money you've raised, with no extra cost to you. If supporters are UK tax payers, each £1 donated is boosted by an extra 25p in reclaimed tax. Ask your friends to sign up to Gift Aid by completing their full name and home address and ticking the box on the sponsorship form in your fundraising pack.

By post

Send a cheque, made payable to 'British Heart Foundation' and post to: British Heart Foundation, The Willows, Ransom Wood Business Park, Southwell Road West, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG21 0HJ.

Or use the freepost envelope included with your fundraising kit. Don’t forget to include the slip from your cover letter in this pack. If you can't find it, please include a note with the full name and address of the person who ordered the kit.

Use your credit or debit card to pay in money you’ve raised, or to make a donation. Call us on 0300 330 0633. We’re here Monday – Friday from 9 - 5pm.
